Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Once a DNA test has been scheduled, processed, or collected, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the nature of the testing process and the immediate costs incurred upon case setup.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
Clients are allowed one reschedule at no charge if made within the required timeframe.
